2017 Bond Election

Roadmap to BISD 2025 Logo
Belton ISD is a fast-growth school district.

We grew by more than 3,000 students in the last decade and are projected to add about 3,600 students in the next ten years. As a result, our elementary and middle schools will be at or near capacity by 2019 and our high schools by 2021.

By 2025, we’ll have more than 14,000 students.

Over the past four years, we have studied the district’s facilities, held listening sessions, and worked with a committee of parents, teachers and community members. The result is a plan that we’re calling the Roadmap to BISD 2025.

I hope that you’ll take a moment to learn about our plan and then vote. Early voting begins on April 24, and Election Day is Saturday, May 6.

Thank you,

Susan Kincannon, Ed.D.
Superintendent
