Water aerobics classes are a complete and upbeat water workout for all ages and levels with a focus on safety, cardio, rehabilitation, and/or toning. Classes are structured around individual needs by providing several levels of intensity. The Roy and Jean Potts Belton Swim Center advises all participants to see medical approval from their doctor prior to beginning any fitness program.
