Mr. Banfield joined Belton I.S.D. in May of 2002. He has twenty-three years experience in public education, sixteen in business and seven as a Math and French teacher. He earned a Master of Business Administration Degree and Bachelor’s Degree from Texas Tech University and is a Registered Texas School Business Administrator with the Texas Association of School Business Officials. Responsibilities include school finance law and funding, budget, and supervision of the Business, Purchasing, and Child Nutrition functions of the District.
