Purchasing: Bids and RFPs

Belton ISD will solicit bids and proposals throughout the year. The list of current solicitations are listed below and can be accessed by selecting the appropriate link. The bids and proposals have been entered in a format that allows users to type the information into the fields prior to printing the solicitation. All bids and proposals must be signed in ink by authorized person before submission to the Purchasing Department. Should you have any questions, please contact the Purchasing Department at 215-2181.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have obtained a copy of any of the solicitations above from this web site, you should immediately notify the BISD Purchasing Office by email or phone as specified in the instructions. Vendors who do not so notify BISD may not receive all written addenda or other solicitation changes that may be issued at a later date which could result in a non-compliant response.
