Dr. Vivian Baker is Belton ISD's Superintendent of Schools. Dr. Baker has been the superintendent of Belton ISD since May of 2002. Prior to that, she was principal at Joe M. Pirtle Elementary.

Welcome to Belton, a district where the school board, administration, faculty, staff, and community firmly believe in the District’s motto, “Every Kid a Winner”. It is our mission to provide an education that challenges all of our students to excel. We are extremely proud of our 8,300+ students and over 1200 employees in Belton ISD. Through hard work and dedication, Belton ISD is at all times seeking to continually improve. We will continue the tradition of providing excellence for our children, employees, and community.
