Getting to know each other, getting to know learning styles. Lab Rules, Operating a Mac Computer, (Unix/Mac OSX operating system vs. DOS/Win 9X and XP) Introduction to lab equipment,(input devices, such as scanner, graphic tablets, mice, keyboards.) Introduction to basic computer components, such as random access memory, hard drives (internal and external) thumbdrives,cpus, airports, airport cards.
