Scheduling Parent Conferences

We encourage all parents to schedule and meet with their child's teachers throughout the school year.  For your convenience, all of your child's academic teachers are available during a team conference time.  Please call the counselor's secretary, Daryla Robinson at 215-2809 to schedule an appointment.

Jim Deeken

My name is Jim Deeken, Belton Middle's school counselor for 6th grade and part of 7th grade. The role school counselors play in the school is as diverse as the students served.   Students are faced with many issues that sometimes keep them from succeeding academically.  Early intervention is essential with parents and guardians playing a vital role. I believe that the guidance program here provides these direct services and is a critical component of the Intermediate School’s prevention efforts. Please feel free to contact me as needed at (254)215-2810.
