Health Services

Belton ISD Health Services promotes the health of students, identifies and prevents health problems and injuries, provides proper care to students ill or injured at school, and in collaboration with parents and the student's primary care provider, develops and implements healthcare plans to ensure students are ready to learn.  At the present time, we have a registered nurse assigned to each campus.   School nurses strengthen and facilitate the educational process by improving and protecting the health status of children and by identification and assistance in the removal or modification of health related barriers to the learning process for individual children.
