Belton ISD believes in promoting a healthy lifestyle for our students and staff. Tiger High Five for Health is a program we developed that emphasizes five basic principles: 1) Stay Safe and Healthy, 2) Move More, 3) Eat Right,  4) Less Stress, and 5) Check Ups.
