Registration & Enrollment
In order to register your child for school, the following is required:
- Birth Certificate
- Shot Record
- Social Security Card
- Driver License of person registering child
- Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Property Tax Statement, Lease agreement, etc.)
- Legal Papers if applicable
- Notify the office in person or by phone 254-215-3800, at least one day prior to student departing.
- Withdrawal form will need to be signed in person by the parent/guardian.
- Return all school books, teacher supplies, library, and anything else that is Tarver Elementary property.
- Cafeteria account will be checked for money owed or refunded.
