Communities In Schools

The purpose of Communities in Schools (CIS) is to help students be successful and to provide assistance to the students and their families in different ways. Some of the services CIS provides includes tutoring, self-esteem building, social skills groups, supportive guidance, home visits, and referrals to community help agencies. CIS is founded on the principal that success in school leads to success in life
