A Note From Our Principal

Welcome to Sparta Elementary. For twenty years this fall, Sparta has enjoyed a reputation for having an incredible staff and student body. The tradition of excellence continues as we prepare for our largest student body this fall.

Our teachers and support staff love and care for our students as if they were their own! We intentionally form connections with our students and help them see how they contribute to the success of our school. Each classroom works everyday as a community so that the learning is authentic and engaging. We believe that our success is due in part to these instructional strategies.

Belton is a forward thinking district committed to meeting the needs of its students. Sparta attacks that mission with passion, which is evidenced by our success. We are proud of our accomplishments, specifically, our recognition from the state as a Recognized campus. Our students not only perform above state average on their TAKS tests, but shine in our many extracurricular activities such as UIL, choir, student council, and safety patrol to name only a few.
