Hello,
My name is Bethany McPhail and I am the Tarver Elementary counselor. Many of you may have known me last year as Bethany Voges. I had the joy of getting married this summer and we are all in the process of learning my new name. :) This is my second year as the counselor at Tarver and I enjoy my job very much:)
I graduated from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2004 with a B.A. in psychology and again in 2006 with a M.A. in Community Counseling.
I have a precious dog named Layla and a feisty cat named Captain Jack Sparrow. My son Kellan is in the fourth grade and loves to play soccer.
My hope is that Tarver Elementary School will be a place where students feel safe and are encouraged to do their best at all things. Please let me know if there is anyway I can help your children.
