Welcome to third grade at Tarver! I grew up in Belton, and I attended college at Texas A&M. My husband and I have a ten year old son, Gage, and our daughter, Laci, is seven. We have lots of pets, but our most spoiled is our dachshund, Sam, whose stories make their way into many of our classroom learning experiences!
I am very excited to be your child's teacher. We will have a wonderful year filled with fun and lots of learning. It is my goal to leave each child with a love of school. In class I provide many different learning avenues so each student can be successful in their educational process.

Hello,
My name is Heather Brown, and I am very excited to join the Tarver family this year. This will be my tenth year teaching. I have taught throughout Texas, in Hawaii, and in both public and private settings. I have two beautiful children; Tyler 4 and Emme 1.
Third grade is a time of growing independence and self responsibility. We will be working together in our learning, growing, and fun. Your third grader will be encouraged to be an independent thinker, a problem solver, and a kind citizen as part of his greater community.
Thank-you for entrusting me with the growth and development of your student. I look forward to a great year working alongside your family!
