Jason Parham - Teacher

Mr. Parham is in his third year with Belton ISD; he teaches English at Waskow High School and coaches Football, basketball, and Track at Lake Belton Middle School.

He was born in Tucson, Arizona, but relocated to Belton at the tender age of two. An Army brat, he then moved several times before resettling in Arizona where he graduated from Flowing Wells High School.

As all children are expected to exceed their parent’s accomplishments, Mr. Parham chose the Marine Corps over the Army and he enlisted after graduation.

Mr. Parham received his Bachelors Degree in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona; he attended Law School in Michigan, and later received his teaching credentials from UMHB.

He is blissfully married to Cari Parham and has two adorable sons: Dillon and Sean.

He enjoys reading, writing, and all aspects of the game of football… Go Tigers!
