Project Update - December 2024

Hubbard Branch Elementary is under construction at 1651 O.T. Tyler Drive in Belton.

Hubbard Branch Elementary was built to accommodate 800 students and was designed in accordance with Belton ISD’s 2022 Educational Specifications, which include design considerations that enhance the BISD students’ learning experience. In alignment with the 2022 Educational Specifications, Hubbard Branch Elementary includes a variety of diverse, flexible, and adaptable spaces and furnishings to promote collaborative teaching and learning.

December 2024 Update: The project reached contractual substantial completion in May 2024. The project team is working collaboratively to complete all required project close-out requirements. Final completion of this project is pending receipt of final closeout documents, execution of a final change order, and acceptance by the Board of Trustees.
