Water aerobics classes are a complete and upbeat water workout for all ages and levels with a focus on safety, cardio, rehabilitation, and/or toning. Classes are structured around individual needs by providing several levels of intensity. The Roy and Jean Potts Belton Swim Center advises all participants to seek medical approval from their doctor prior to beginning any fitness program. Water Aerobics Punch Passes can be purchased via the online payments tab. The punch pass is good for 15 classes and prices are on the price list tab.
