(The official canvass of election results will occur at a special Board meeting at 5:45 p.m. on Monday, May 15, 2023.)The Belton Independent School District Board of Trustees consists of seven trustees,
serving terms of three years, with elections held annually.The following Belton ISD Board of Trustee positions will be open for election to office on Saturday, May 6, 2023,
on which day a Trustee Election will be held:At-Large – Janet Leigh
At-Large – Ty TaggartThe first day to file an application for a place on the ballot is Wednesday, January 18, 2023, and the last day to file an application for a place on the ballot is Friday, February 17, 2023 by 5:00 pm.
The last day to file a declaration of write-in candidacy is Tuesday, February 21, 2023.
The last day to register to vote in the May 6, 2023 election is Thursday, April 6, 2023.
