Belton ISD is proud to announce a new employee referral program to help identify World Class Employees who demonstrate the competencies, values, and beliefs to serve the students of the District. This program is the result of the work of dedicated staff members from various campus and departments who participate in the Recruitment Advisory Group. This group helped make recommendations to develop this Employee Referral Program. The top reasons people come to Belton ISD include word of mouth and the reputation of the district. We want to encourage all staff members to help recruit the very best for each and every one of our students. They deserve the very best.
The best part of this program is that employees can receive $500 for every referral who is hired and works at least 90 days with no limit on the number of referrals. This document (Spanish version) will help explain the rules for the program.
This plan will go into effect on August 8, 2022 when newly hired employees will have access to an onboarding form to identify who referred them to Belton ISD. Onboarding forms submitted by new employees prior to this date were not set up to identify referrals.
