In alignment with the 2022 Educational Specifications, Hubbard Branch Elementary will include a variety of spaces and furnishings that are diverse, flexible and adaptable to promote collaborative teaching and learning.

August 2023 Update: Under the direction of Construction Manager, American Constructors, work is moving forward quickly. The slab-on-grade portion of the structure is almost complete. The final slab-on-grade concrete pour is currently scheduled for the first weekend in August 2023.  Construction of the building went vertical in late June 2023 with the installation of the concrete block walls at the gym and surrounding structural steel erection. Once erection of structural steel for the two-story classroom areas is complete, concrete pours for the second floor areas will be installed.  Meanwhile, crews will be focused on roof decking on one-story areas of the building as well as exterior wall framing around the perimeter of the building.
