New Student Enrollment

  • 2020-2021 New Student Enrollment is Open!

    Before you begin:

    Enrollment for both the 2019-2020 and 2020-2021 school years is currently online only in response to COVID-19. If you need help as you go through the process, please email your campus registrar.


    To help streamline the process, please upload as many required documents as possible. Do not, however, copy, scan or upload a military ID. A campus registrar will contact you by phone or email to verify your military status.


    Instructions:

    Please follow the steps below to complete the enrollment process. Contact your campus registrar if you have questions, need log-in information or experience any problems with Skyward.

    Step 1.

    • To determine which campus your student will attend, please enter your home address and grade level into Transfinder at http://www.infofinderi.com
    • 2020-2021 Middle School and High School boundaries will not be available in Transfinder June-July, 2020.

    Step 2.

    • Enrolling NEW student(s) who have siblings currently enrolled at Belton ISD
    1. Log into your existing Skyward Family Access account and click on the "New Student Online Enrollment" link to register an additional child.
    2. The login is always your: firstname.lastname - EX: john.doe. 
    3. Please upload as many required documents as possible to streamline the enrollment process. Do not upload a military ID.
    4. If you do not remember your password, please click on the "Forgot your Login/Password" link on the login screen. Email your campus registrar if you cannot gain access.

                            Skyward Family Access Link 

    • Enrolling NEW student(s) to Belton ISD (Pre-K, Kindergarten, and all grade levels)
    1. Request a new Skyward Family Access account at skyward.bisd.net
    2. Once login information is received, log in to Skyward Family Access and complete the "New Student Online Enrollment" process for each child being enrolled.
    3. Please upload as many required documents as possible to streamline the enrollment process. Do not upload a military ID. 
    4. Submit the application by hitting "Submit Application to the District."  
    5. Please email your campus registrar if you have any questions.
    6. If you have trouble when trying to log back into Skyward Family Access - change the "Login Area" dropdown menu to "Enrollment Access" before attempting to log in.
    7. You will receive an automatic email confirming each enrollment. The campus registrar will contact you if additional information is needed. 

    Step 3.

    • Campus Document Review. Once the New Student Online Enrollment application is submitted, all documents will be reviewed by the campus registrar. The registrar will contact you by phone or email if additional information is needed or to verify documentation.
