Delta Program Facility

The 2022 Bond included funding for a facility for the Belton ISD’s Delta program, which supports students with special needs transitioning to adult independent living and work. n addition to core academic spaces, the facility includes a living lab where students can practice independent living skills. It also has a commercial kitchen where students can practice custodial and restaurant employability skills. The 7,000-square-foot facility is located at the corner of North Birdwell Street and East 3rd Avenue. 

Final Completion Update: The Board accepted the Delta Program Facility bond project as complete at their December 2025 regular meeting. The original contract price was $4,100,123. The actual final cost was $3,780.349.45, representing a total savings of $319,773.55.
