The 2022 Bond included funding for a Band Hall addition, repurposing the existing band hall to serve the Orchestra Program. It also included new restrooms, concessions, locker rooms, and a training room for campus athletics, reducing the district’s dependence on long-term portable buildings to accommodate existing programs and new students.

Final Completion Update: The Board accepted the Lake Belton Middle School bond project as complete at the January 2026 board meeting. The initial Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP)  was $11,405,659. The actual final construction cost was $10,837,494.64,  representing a total savings of $568,164.36.
