Project Update - January 2026

The 2022 Bond included approximately $8.9 million for the district's Mechanical Engineering and Plumbing upgrades.

January 2026 Update: HVAC replacements at the Swim Center, New Tech High School, Belton Middle School, Belton Early Childhood School and Sparta Elementary are substantially complete as of January 2026.  These projects are expected to reach final completion and closeout in February 2026 and March 2026.  New HVAC equipment for Pirtle ES was pre-purchased in the Fall of 2025.  Bidding is currently underway for the installation of all new equipment. All HVAC replacement work at Pirtle ES is expected to be complete by August 2026.

The 2022 Bond funded a total of 345 new heating, air conditioning and ventilation (HVAC) at 11 campuses and facilities, thanks to the 2022 bond program.
