Help Desk Support: Offering prompt phone and in-person support for all technology-related questions and issues.
Classroom Technology: Maintaining and troubleshooting classroom technology equipment, such as interactive whiteboards, projectors, sound systems, and other learning tools.
Communication Systems: Supporting district communication tools, including phone systems, intercoms, clocks, voicemail, video conferencing, and digital signage.
Computer and Printing Support: Providing assistance with desktops, laptops, Chromebooks, printers, and other hardware.
Software Support: Providing assistance with all software applications used by students and staff.
