Data Collection and Administration: We collect, manage, and maintain accurate student, staff, financial, and organizational data.
Reporting: We generate reports to meet state and federal requirements and provide insights into district operations.
Data Privacy and Confidentiality: We prioritize the privacy and confidentiality of all student and staff data.
Single Sign-On (SSO): Providing convenient and secure access to district applications.
Data Analysis: We integrate and analyze data to provide valuable insights for district leaders.
Training and Support: We provide training and support to campus personnel on data usage, security, and best practices.
Vendor Management: We review contracts and Data Sharing Agreements with vendors to ensure compliance with data privacy standards.
