Graduation Day is almost here! We’re excited to share more details to help you prepare for the special day. Please read carefully so you know what to expect throughout the celebration.
Ceremonies - Wednesday, May 29, 2024
- Belton New Tech @Waskow - 9:00 AM
- Belton High School - 1:00 PM
- Lake Belton High School - 6:00 PM
Ceremonies are being held at the Cadence Bank Center (Formerly Bell County Expo) - 301 W Loop 121, Belton, TX 76513

Dress Code
Professional clothing to include dress pants, slacks, nice shirt/blouse, skirts/dresses, dress shoes(preferred). No shorts/jeans or flip flops. Caps & gowns cannot be decorated or altered (See Student Handbook, Page 73, Graduation Activities). School issued or approved regalia are allowed.
Clear Bag Policy
For the safety and security of our Class of 2024 graduates and their families and friends joining in the celebration, Belton ISD Athletics’ clear bag policy will be in place at the EXPO Center. See the policy here.
Arrival & Diplomas
Graduates should report to the Assembly Hall to check in. Please arrive an hour ahead of the Graduation. Diplomas will be picked up at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Live Stream
A link will be made available where you will be able to view the livestream shortly before each graduation ceremony. A final video of the livestream will be downloadable later this summer at the same link.
Tiger & Bronco Media Photos
Tiger & Bronco Media photographers will be capturing candid moments throughout the day. Images will be uploaded into a Flickr album that all graduates will be able to search and download directly from. The album will be available at www.bisd.net/photos.
Graduates Unable to Attend
Beginning May 30, diplomas will be available for pick-up in the office at each campus for graduates not participating in the May 29 Graduation Ceremony.
