History of Sparta Elementary

Sparta Elementary has served the students of Belton ISD since 1988. Our current enrollment is approximately 600 students in grades K-5. At Sparta, all teachers and staff are dedicated and ready to support students in becoming responsible, productive citizens. We will encourage students to have a growth mindset as they endeavor to be problem-solvers, critical thinkers, and innovators, and build their collaboration skills. We provide a caring and supportive environment and are very proud of our students and school. You will often see or hear “Sparta pride is hard to hide!” from students, staff, and parents. We are eager to collaborate with parents as partners in your child’s education and have an active Sparta PTA. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of your child’s educational journey.
