• Elementary Guidance Curriculum

    I meet with all classes, K-5, for guidance lessons on a rotation schedule.  As a district, all counselors follow the same guidance focus/objectives. Though it is our recommendation for all students to participate, we understand there are situations where a parent/guardian may feel their child would be best serviced by declining a particular lesson. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

    Personal Safety
    1. Identify safe and unsafe touch/behaviors
    2. Identify the various forms of abuse (physical, verbal, emotional and sexual).

    5. Identify assertive responses to potential abusers
