• Registration & Enrollment

    In order to register your child for school, the following is required:

    • Birth Certificate
    • Shot Record
    • Social Security Card
    • Driver License of person registering child
    • Proof of Residency (Utility Bill, Property Tax Statement, Lease agreement, etc.)
    • Legal Papers if applicable

    Withdrawal:

    • Notify the office in person or by phone 254-215-3800, at least one day prior to student departing.
    • Withdrawal form will need to be signed in person by the parent/guardian.
    • Return all school books, teacher supplies, library, and anything else that is Tarver Elementary property.
    • Cafeteria account will be checked for money owed or refunded.
