Families in need of assistance during the "Shelter-in-Place" order can feel confident in calling 211. Or you can go online to http://www.uwct.org/who-we-help/211united-way-helpline. Our partners at the United Way have reassured us that they are available for help and updating their information frequently to stay current.

What to do if:
You haven't heard from your teacher - Reach out to your principal and/or teacher by email. You can view your student’s schedule, with teacher names and emails, by logging into Skyward Family Access, and while you are there check to make sure your contact information and preferred email is correct.
You need help with technology - The Belton ISD Technology Help Desk is available to assist students and families with Skyward Access, Schoology, Google and other district applications as well as with passwords and locked accounts.Please check the link on our Popular Links on the right of our web page.
You need internet access - Check with the different service providers to determine what works best for your situation. Please double check special deals with the company as they may have changed. And rememver - it is OK to not have access to the internet from your home. Just communicate with your student's campus staff about your situation.
Spectrum - 60 days of free broadband/Wifi access for households with K-12 or college students who do not already have Spectrum services. You can enroll by calling 1-844-488-8395.
