What inspires you to work in Belton ISD? I attended this school system and want to give back to the community that gave me so much.

Tell us a fun fact about yourself. I decorate my Christmas tree with ornaments that I collect from each state I visit. Currently, I have 17 ornaments.

What was a pivotal moment in your career? It actually happened in eighth grade. I didn't know what I wanted to do yet as a career. I joined the PALS group at Lake Belton Middle School. After working with students with disabilities, I realized that is exactly what I wanted to do with my life, and that was the best decision I've ever made.

Academics? Bachelor of Science from the University of Texas—Tyler and a Master's in Education in autism intervention from the University of North Texas.
