Belton ISD celebrated its partnerships with the Belton Area Chamber of Commerce and Temple Chamber of Commerce at the November 13 Board Meeting. The Chambers’ support for the district’s stance of no diversion of public funds toward vouchers, increasing the basic allotment, and assessment and accountability reform highlights their understanding of the crucial role public education plays in our society.
