Meet Franklin Smith! He has dedicated eight years to working in education within Belton ISD. As a Delta 18+ paraprofessional, he is being recognized for his outstanding compassion towards his students.

When you are on job sites with Mr. Franklin, rest assured he will not put you under pressure. If you're stressed, he encourages you try your best and assists where needed.”
