District Mask Update

After reviewing recommendations from the TEA and our local health authority, along with guidance from the local, state, and national level, Belton ISD will continue wearing masks as our primary COVID-19 mitigation measure. We celebrate that schools in Belton ISD have been open for face-to-face instruction the entire school year. We’re proud of the collective effort the Big Red Community has demonstrated and would ask them to not let up on our shared responsibility of wearing a mask and maintaining physical distance when possible.

While the district will continue monitoring the local COVID-19 situation and other mitigation strategies could be adjusted in the coming months, the focus remains on keeping our students and staff members safely in school for the remainder of the year.
