Community Invited to Participate in World Class Employee Survey
Belton ISD is seeking input from the Big Red Community on identifying desired competencies for a Belton ISD employee. Similar to the district’s Journey of a Graduate, a district committee led by Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources Todd Schiller is in the process of developing a World Class Employee model to guide future hiring and staff culture building initiatives.
“It is very important to the committee that we hear from our broader community on what stands out to them as the top attributes or characteristics for our employees,” described Schiller. “We are proud of how committed our staff is to serving each and every student and are excited to build on that dedication as we continue to bring on new team members to address our growing enrollment.””
The survey, which was first made available to students and current staff, will be open until April 16.
