Belton ISD Looking to Fill About 60 Auxiliary Positions at Job Fair

Belton ISD will conduct on-site interviews at a job fair next week as they seek to fill about 60 auxiliary positions. The roles being hired for include bus drivers, custodians, crossing guards, bus monitors and school nutrition specialists for the 2021-2022 school year. 

“It’s an exciting time as we’re ramping up our staffing for next year with all students returning in person and our enrollment growth continuing,” said Todd Schiller, assistant superintendent of human resources. “The services these employees provide play an important role in our ability to offer exceptional learning experiences for each and every student in our district.”

The job fair will be from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. on June 22 at Belton New Tech High School @ Waskow’s Mega Bites Cafe, located at 320 N. Blair in Belton. Candidates can get a head start on the hiring process by completing the online application at https://bit.ly/3iDcXzT

Pay starts at $13.79 for bus drivers with two bonus incentives each year and $9.85 for custodians, crossing guards, bus monitors and school nutrition specialists.
