Belton ISD is hoping to hire about 50 bus drivers, custodians, crossing guards, bus monitors and lifeguards at a job fair on Nov. 10.
“Many positions are great opportunities for retirees, veterans or anyone looking to work while their kids are in school,” said Todd Schiller, assistant superintendent of human resources. “We’re looking for men and women who find meaning in working toward Belton ISD’s vision: to empower each and every learner to pursue their dreams and enrich their communities.”
The job fair will run from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Pittenger Fine Arts Center, 400 N. Wall St., in Belton. Candidates can get a head start on the hiring process by completing an online application at https://bit.ly/3iDcXzT. Interviews will be conducted on the spot.
Pay starts at $13.93 for bus drivers; $9.95 for custodians, crossing guards, bus monitors and school nutrition specialists; and $12.42 for experienced lifeguards.
