Belton ISD Hosts Parents as Partners: Special Programs Activities and ARD Night

Belton ISD Special Programs is hosting a Parents as Partners event on Tuesday, November 14 from 5:15-7:45pm. Parents and guardians are invited to Belton New Tech @Waskow, 320 North Blair Street in Belton, for 45-minute come and go informational sessions on Individualized Education Plans (IEP), Admission, Review and Dismissals (ARD), special programs activities, cohesive teams and more. This event is designed to provide parents and guardians with valuable insight into the district’s programs, policies, and resources as well as an opportunity to meet our dedicated staff and connect with fellow parents.

We understand the unique needs of students with special needs, and we believe in open communication,” Superintendent Dr. Matt Smith stated. “We are dedicated to offering events like Camp Champion and hosting Parents as Partners meetings to collaborate, share insights, and ensure that each and every student receives the individualized attention they deserve."

 

Childcare is available for children ages 3 and up with registration. Refreshments will be served.
