Dr. Rosie Montgomery was appointed in 2018 to fill a vacancy on the Board to represent Area 2. She previously represented Area 2 on the Board from 2010-2015.
Montgomery is a clinical psychologist who specializes in working with children and families. With her husband, Andy, the couple has three daughters who graduated from Belton ISD.
She has volunteered with the district in many capacities, including as president of the Leon Heights Elementary PTA, on the Area PTA Board, the Gifted and Talented Advisory Board and on the Board of Directors for the Belton Educational Enrichment Foundation. In her free time, Montgomery enjoys volunteering at schools and mentoring students.
