The countdown to Graduation 2027 has begun. Whether you're a graduate, family member or guest, you'll find everything you need to prepare for commencement right here. Please review the information carefully and check back for updates as graduation approaches.

Ceremonies - Thursday, May 27, 2026

  • Lake Belton High School - 10:00 a.m.
  • Belton High School - 2:00 p.m.
  • Belton New Tech @Waskow - 5:00 p.m.

Ceremonies are being held at the Cadence Bank Center (Formerly the Bell County Expo Center) - 301 W Loop 121, Belton, TX 76513

Dress Code
Professional clothing to include dress pants, slacks, nice shirt/blouse, skirts/dresses, dress shoes(preferred). No shorts/jeans or flip-flops. Caps & gowns cannot be decorated or altered (See Student Handbook, Page 83, Graduation Activities). School issued or approved regalia are allowed.

Clear Bag Policy (per the Cadence Bank Center)
For the safety and security of the Class of 2027 graduates, their families, and friends the Cadence Bank Center's clear bag policy will be in place during the graduation ceremonies:

One CLEAR BAG 12” x 8” x 6” or smaller. Non-clear clutch bags or purses no larger than 4.5” x 6.5” are allowed.

Arrival & Diplomas
Graduates should report to the Assembly Hall to check in. Please arrive an hour ahead of your graduation ceremony. Diplomas will be picked up at the conclusion of the ceremony. 

Live Stream
A link will be made available where you will be able to view the live stream shortly before each graduation ceremony.

Tiger & Bronco Media Photos
Tiger & Bronco Media photographers will be capturing candid moments throughout the day. Images will be uploaded to a Flickr album that all graduates will be able to search and download directly from. The album will be available at www.bisd.net/photos. 

Graduates Unable to Attend
Beginning Tuesday, June 1, 2027, diplomas will be available for pick-up in the office at each campus for graduates not participating in the May 27th Graduation Ceremony.

Graduates Entrance:
Enter through the side door of the Assembly Hall. 

Guest & Attendees Entrance:
Enter through the Main Entrance doors.
